Service Description
1) Deposit Information This deposit secures one framed pet portrait for a booking slot between late March and mid-April 2027. It applies to all framed portrait options, including one pet, two pets in the same frame, or three pets in the same frame. 2) Being Abroad, Real Fur & Delivery For all slots between late March and mid-April 2027, I will be working outside the UK but will be taking my work with me. If you would like your portrait to include your pet’s real fur, please ensure I receive it by 31st December 2026 - I will be in contact by the end of November 2026 and provide the address for you to post the fur to. I will be returning to the UK in late April, so all completed portraits will be posted out in May 2027. 3) Remaining Balance & Payment Methods The remaining balance will be due at the time of your booked slot and can be paid via UK bank transfer or PayPal. Please only secure a slot with a deposit if you are happy and able to pay the remaining balance using one of these two payment methods. 4) International Delivery, Tariffs & EU Restrictions Unfortunately, due to restrictions affecting my small business, I am currently unable to ship orders to countries within the EU. For all other international destinations outside the UK and EU, an additional international delivery and tariff fee starting from £45 will apply. The final cost will depend on the destination country. Please take this additional cost into consideration before placing your deposit.
